rocket_launch Quick Start

Get started with NullField Lab in 5 minutes

Setup Process

  1. Grant Permissions

When you first launch NullField Lab, you'll need to grant:

    • Magnetometer Access: Required to detect electromagnetic field strength and frequency
    • Audio Playback: Required to generate compensatory tones through headphones
  2. Put On Headphones

NullField Lab requires stereo headphones or earbuds for optimal performance. The system generates precise binaural and monaural tones that work through headphone delivery.

  3. Auto Mode

By default, the app automatically selects the appropriate compensatory frequency based on your current time of day:

    • Morning (6:00-12:00): Gamma (90Hz) - Focus & alertness
    • Afternoon (12:00-18:00): Beta (80Hz) - Active thinking
    • Evening (18:00-22:00): Alpha/Theta - Relaxation & recovery
    • Night (22:00-6:00): Delta - Deep sleep support
  4. Manual Adjustment (Optional)

You can override auto mode if you need a specific frequency for focus work, faster recovery, or other purposes. Use the frequency selector to choose your target brainwave state.
