The Compensation Method

NullField Lab uses subtractive compensation rather than additive entrainment:

The Compensation Formula

Output Frequency = Grid Frequency + Target Frequency

This creates a beat frequency that cancels grid interference

Example: 40Hz Gamma Compensation

Step 1: Magnetometer detects 49.98Hz grid interference
Step 2: Target is 40Hz gamma rhythm
Step 3: Calculate: 49.98Hz + 40Hz = 89.98Hz
Step 4: System plays 89.98Hz monaural tone
Result: 89.98Hz (output) - 49.98Hz (grid) = 40Hz (desired gamma)
